Price and Payments

During the booking process, you will be given the option to select either the Pay in Full or Payment Plan option. If you choose the payment plan, you’ll receive reminders of your upcoming payments, and we’ll keep you updated on the status of your balance.

Payment Options

Everywhere on Earth offers two flexible payment options to ensure that booking your luxury experience is as easy as possible. Choose the option that best suits your needs:

1. Pay in Full

Total Due Upfront: You can choose to pay the full balance of your trip at the time of booking. This is the most straightforward option, and it ensures your spot on the trip is fully secured. Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive a confirmation email and can sit back, relax, and look forward to your vacation!

No Additional Fees: Pay in full and there are no additional charges or interest.

2. Payment Plan

Flexible Installments: For your convenience, we offer a payment plan option, allowing you to pay for your trip over a series of payments leading up to your departure. Payments can either be made monthly or bi-weekly for your convenience.

Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and additional details will be listed on the trip you select.

A payment schedule with due dates will be listed on the trip you select.  If you decide to pay by installments, please note we do not charge any interest. The full balance MUST BE PAID in full 30 days before departure. Failure to make the final payment can jeopardize participation on the trip.

We understand things may come up unexpectedly that may cause delays in payment. Please reach out to contact@everywhereonearth.co ahead of time to communicate any potential issues. Excessive late payments will result in a late fee.

Payments are accepted via all major credit cards and/or bank transfers.

Important:

  • Your trip is confirmed with your deposit.

  • Late payments may incur a fee or impact your booking status.

  • Cancellations: Please review our cancellation policy for terms related to payment plans.

Insurance

Everywhere on Earth does not provide travel insurance for trip attendees or clients and it is not included in trip package pricing. While travel protection is not included in the price of your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing coverage to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or lost baggage. It is solely the individual’s responsibility to obtain their own travel insurance as they see fit prior to the start of the trip.

Travel protection is a great option to protect your luxury experiences against most unforeseen instances.

Travel Documents

While we strive to provide you with a seamless luxury travel experience, it is important to note that each traveler is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health-related documents (such as vaccinations or COVID-19 requirements) before departure. Please note that Everywhere on Earth does not cover the expenses related to acquiring passports, visas, medical tests, vaccinations, or any other travel-related requirements and is not included in the trip’s quoted cost. We strongly recommend that you check the specific entry requirements for your destination and secure the necessary documents in advance of your departure. Our concierge team can offer guidance on general requirements, but the responsibility and financial costs for obtaining the required documents are solely that of the traveler.

Everywhere on Earth is not liable for any denial of entry into a country due to the failure to obtain the necessary documents, including visas or health certifications. If a traveler is refused entry or is delayed due to missing or incorrect documents, the responsibility and costs for resolving the situation rest solely with the traveler.

Cancellations (Traveler)

Everywhere on Earth prides itself in serving our clientele high quality and hassle - free travel experiences. Therefore our top priority is making sure we deliver on our promises and cancellations can potentially affect the group trip. All deposits and payments made on any travel experiences are non-refundable. We provide the option to apply payments already made for a travel credit towards a future experience. Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations (Everywhere on Earth)

If for any reason or circumstances Everywhere on Earth needs to cancel a trip, travelers will be notified immediately and provided with the option of a full refund or credit towards a future trip.

Assistance Needs

Please notify Everywhere on Earth if you will need any special accommodations prior to deposit and trip payments.

Flights

Flights are not included in the cost of the trip. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the destination. We will provide you with all the relevant details to make this process smooth, including arrival/departure times and transportation once you arrive.
